HR intern provides valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will need to have the ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in daily HR operations activities
• Source and shortlist candidates from various channels such as job portal and database.
• Schedule interviews and confirms applicant availability & background screening.
• End to end recruitment for part timer and intern.
• Assist to check lateness, absences, leaves and working hours.
• Support employee engagement and employer branding initiatives, such as organizing events and programs.
• Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist in arranging delivery and good receives.
• Maintain the office cleanliness and tidiness including pantry area.
• Organize and distribute Global Standard Uniform (GSU).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist in L&D coordination – QR code, printing materials, prepare break time snacks.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments where necessary.

Requirements

• Major in Business Administration / Human Resource
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.
• Flexibility, adaptability and good multi-tasking skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Internship position for duration for at least 3 months.
