Description

Job Description:

Monitor and support daily manufacturing and production activities.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, Security protocol, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
Participate in audits and compliance assessments.
Support equipment commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
Work with vendors and contractors on equipment upgrades and technical solutions.
Promote and maintain a strong safety, Quality and Securityculture within the production environment.
Maintain accurate engineering and production documentation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic and Robotics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.
Experience with process control, automation and manufacturing equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
