Requirements

• 2–3 years of social media management experience preferred; XiaoHongShu experience is a strong advantage
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written
• Solid copywriting skills with a good understanding of user insights and social media trends
• Proficient in content shooting and basic editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop, Canva)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage timelines and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients — receive briefs, align on timelines, manage expectations, and provide regular progress updates
• Develop monthly content calendars, write compelling Xiaohongshu copy (titles, notes, hashtags), and adapt tone and style to suit each brand’s identity
• Plan and execute content shoots (mobile or camera), capture photos and videos, coordinate with content creators, and handle basic post-production editing
• Upload and schedule Xiaohongshu posts, apply accurate tags and labels, and continuously optimise content based on

performance data

• Track key performance metrics, compile weekly analytics reports, and translate data insights into actionable content improvements
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and inbox messages, follow up on client concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
