Your Mission

Take ownership of our online marketplaces and help accelerate growth across:

Shopee

TikTok Shop

Lazada

Company Website

Other online marketplaces

What You'll Do

Drive revenue growth through strategic marketplace management and campaign execution.

Plan and execute monthly sales campaigns with a strong commercial mindset.

Optimise product listings, pricing, traffic, conversion rates (CVR), average order value (AOV) and customer experience.

Analyse sales performance, campaign ROI and marketplace insights to identify new growth opportunities.

Monitor competitors, consumer trends and winning SKUs, then act quickly on opportunities.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to deliver seamless campaign execution.

Ensure excellent store health, order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Protect the StemLabs and CellLabs brands by monitoring and reporting unauthorised or counterfeit listings.

Who We're Looking For

1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Shopee, TikTok Shop or Lazada.

Strong commercial mindset with a passion for growing online sales.

Analytical and comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.

Proactive, resourceful and highly accountable.

Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Someone who takes ownership, embraces challenges and enjoys delivering measurable results.
