Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Mechanical or Electrical or Electronic.

2. Machine setting skill and maintenance experience.

3. Knowledge in troubleshooting & maintenance skill in process, mechanical or electrical field.

Job Description:

1. Troubleshooting of machine related production down time.

2. Prevention of down time, frequently observe the machine condition for both static and running stage, detect the symptom or abnormality which will lead to machine breakdown.

3. Lead the machine test run for new material or new machine/part.

4. Manage change part,

5. Initiative in learning the knowledge and skill.

6. Always ensure the Occupational Safety and health is complied.

7. Ensure every machine is capable to be operated at the optimum machine speed.

8. Execute the preventive maintenance activities.

9. Execute service requisition which is requested by the user.

10. Monitor and ensure spare part availability and maintain safety stock level.

11. Follow the latest cGMP practices.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
