Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise warehouse operations.
• Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Implement inventory control procedures and conduct regular stock audits.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and other departments.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage space utilization.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain warehouse documentation.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance when required.
• Resolve operational issues and improve warehouse efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
