Office IT Executive is typically responsible for ensuring an organization's day-to-day IT operations run smoothly. The exact responsibilities vary by company, but the role often combines technical support, system administration, and IT coordination.
- Provide technical support to employees
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Set up user accounts, email, and passwords.
- Monitor and maintain the office LAN/Wi-Fi network.
- Configure routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure stable internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot network outages.
- Install and update operating systems and business applications.
- Perform software patching and system upgrades.
- Monitor server health (on-premises server).
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment.
- Diagnose and repair PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
- Coordinate repairs with external vendors.
- Recommend hardware upgrades when needed.
- Install and manage antivirus and endpoint protection.
- Ensure devices comply with company security policies.
- Perform regular backups and recovery testing.
- Maintain records of IT assets and warranties.
- Liaise with IT vendors.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
