Job description:

• To operate the Batch process from identifying the materials to mixing the material goes into the melter by operating the machines, following the instructions, meeting the process guideline and direction, achieving production targets and reporting to their superior.
• Monitoring of melter consumption per day
• Loading materials into the silos
• Make sure the correct material load into the silos
• Prevent out of stock of raw materials
• Control the usage of batch material accordance with the schedule
• Able to do the Batch Loader when needed
• Able to complete task for each shift, daily, weekly and monthly
• Monitoring and maintenance of machines and equipment in the area in good condition
• Keep up of its cleanliness and tidy work area
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required by the superior.

Job requirement:

• SPM, Certification or Diploma education level in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing field
• Glass Mineral Wool process experience is an added advantage
• Competent person in handling wheel loader / forklift
• Language: Intermediate in English. Any other language is a plus
• Able to work in an environment where there is in height, hot, high noise, dusty, constricted and confined working area
• Able to deal with certain stress areas on an ad hoc basis (e.g. power outage, silo leakage)
• Physically fit
• Able to work in shift
• Able to work in smelly environment
• Independent, organized, proactive
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team, work within deadlines
• Having the ability to create and maintain a positive relationship.
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize work

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,760.62 per month
