Yew Huoi, How & Associates is looking for a motivated and dedicated Chambering Student to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure and practical experience in legal practice under the guidance of experienced lawyers.

Requirements

• Possess a positive attitude, disciplined, responsible, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent legal writing and drafting skills.
• Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Efficient, proactive, and able to work independently as well as under pressure.
• Able to commence chambering immediately.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers in drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence.
• Attend court proceedings and accompany the Master/Pupil Master where required.
• Conduct legal research and assist lawyers in case preparation.
• Assist with conveyancing, corporate, litigation, and other legal matters as assigned.
• Carry out any other duties or assignments as directed by the Firm from time to time.
