Job Purpose

The Business Development Executive is responsible for promoting awareness of the KWSP i-Lindung programme, supporting business development initiatives, building strategic relationships, coordinating marketing activities, and assisting eligible members throughout the engagement process. This role focuses on expanding the Company's market presence while ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and the scope of the Company's marketing partnership.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic networking and community engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business partners, and other stakeholders.
• Arrange and participate in meetings, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Support the Company's business expansion initiatives and marketing campaigns.

Marketing & Brand Awareness

• Promote awareness of the KWSP i-Lindung programme through approved marketing materials and campaigns.
• Represent the Company professionally during marketing and promotional activities.
• Assist in executing digital and offline marketing initiatives.

Customer Engagement

• Educate eligible members on the features and benefits of the KWSP i-Lindung programme using approved marketing materials.
• Guide customers on the application process through the official KWSP i-Lindung platform.
• Respond to general enquiries and refer technical or policy-related questions to the appropriate parties where necessary.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the customer engagement process.

Relationship Management

• Develop long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to strengthen engagement.
• Identify opportunities for future collaborations and business partnerships.

Administrative & Reporting

• Prepare activity reports, customer engagement records, and business development updates.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and customer interactions.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted within the required timeline.

Compliance

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with the Company's policies, regulatory requirements, and approved marketing guidelines.
• Refrain from providing financial advice, insurance advice, or making representations beyond the authorised scope.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and Company information.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, customer engagement, or a related role is an advantage.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or corporate marketing is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Skills
