Why We Need You

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized English speaking CMS Operations Developer to manage, maintain, and optimize digital content across our websites, platforms, and marketing channels.

You will be responsible for publishing content, SEO optimization, ensuring accuracy and consistency, maintaining content quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging daily content updates.

The ideal candidate combines strong editorial skills with experience using Content Management Systems (CMS), content governance practices, and AI-assisted content creation tools to improve efficiency and content quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Content Publishing & Management— Create, edit, publish, and maintain content across websites, landing pages, mobile platforms, and other digital channels using Strapi CMS, with focus on JSON-based content structures.

• Content Quality Assurance — Review content for accuracy, consistency, formatting, grammar, brand compliance, and user experience before publication.

• Content Organization — Manage content taxonomy, metadata, tagging, categorization, and content lifecycle processes.

• SEO Optimization — Implement SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, internal linking, metadata management, and content structure improvements.

• Content Updates — Monitor and maintain existing content, ensuring information remains accurate, relevant, and up to date. The role might require after hours support for critical issues and business promotions

• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with designers, developers and product teams to deliver localization and content initiatives.

• Analytics & Reporting — Track content performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations to improve engagement and conversion.

• AI-Assisted Content Operations — Utilize AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to accelerate content creation, editing, optimization, and workflow efficiency while maintaining editorial standards.

What You Bring to the Team

• 3+ years of experience in content management, web content editing, digital publishing, using headless CMS, or a related role.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Markdown, with the ability to correctly format, structure, and publish web content while ensuring consistent presentation, responsiveness, and adherence to content and brand standards.

• Experience working with version control (Git/SVN)

• Basic knowledge of CI/CD deployment pipelines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Knowledge of SEO principles, content optimization, and web publishing best practices.

• Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent platforms.

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

• Professional proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or similar platforms highly preferred.

• Experience in using Node.js to perform Strapi customizations is preferred.

• Experience using AI-assisted content creation and editing tools is highly desirable.

• Professional proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.

• Experience in fintech, or high-traffic consumer product
