Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and repair activities on electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues affecting test equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures using appropriate test and diagnostic tools to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Dismantle, inspect, adjust, repair, and reassemble equipment according to technical drawings, equipment manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
• Conduct equipment verification, calibration checks, and functional testing after repair or modification activities.
• Support equipment installation, setup, and qualification activities for new or modified test systems.
• Perform equipment modifications and improvements based on instructions from Test Engineers or Manufacturing Engineers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting activities, repair records, and equipment performance data.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to minimize equipment downtime and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company operating guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, or test equipment support within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical assembly, and equipment repair.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of software troubleshooting and equipment control systems is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment if required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
