Scope Of Work & Technical Knowledge: 1. Minimum 5 years of relevant software development experience, with at least 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS/HRE) or equivalent enterprise applications. 2. Strong technical expertise in the following areas: - Front-end Development: Proficient in Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with hands-on experience building responsive user interfaces. - Back-end Development: Proficient in PHP and Laravel frameworks with expertise in server-side application development and RESTful API design. - Database Management: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server / MySQL for database design, optimization, and query development. - Conduct system analysis, prepare key documentation, participate in UAT, support system implementation, and provide technical support to ensure application reliability and performance. - Provide 2nd and 3rd Level system support in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA). - Manage customer-reported issues including documentation of system or product defects and of troubleshooting guides.

Pay: RM4,632.36 - RM12,196.34 per month
