[What you will be working on]

The job holder will support NLB's Corporate Communications Division in the following areas:

  • Drive media monitoring and reporting, providing timely analysis of news coverage, reputational issues and communications insights to support management decision-making
  • Lead the coordination of media engagements, publicity events, photography and filming requests, ensuring compliance with NLB policies and effective stakeholder management
  • Provide daily administrative support for Corporate Communications Division, including corporate website updates, social media publishing coordination, production of communications collateral and event communications
  • Manage daily operations, including communications calendars, databases, learning journeys, budget administration, procurement and vendor coordination
  • Oversee executive support for the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, briefing materials, travel arrangements and follow-up of key action items

[What we are looking for]

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a communications or administrative support role.
  • Organised and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who is proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in media monitoring, event coordination and digital communications platforms will be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be appointed on a 2-year contract in the first instance.
