We’re Hiring: Client Experience Executive!

Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building meaningful relationships? As a Client Experience Executive, you'll ensure every client interaction is smooth, professional and memorable.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with clients to provide timely support and updates
• Coordinate appointments and follow-up activities
• Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback
• Maintain organised client records and service documentation
• Support initiatives to improve the overall client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Interest in client servicing, customer experience or account management roles
