About the Role

Are you passionate about engineering and excited by large-scale infrastructure projects? Join us in transforming Hong Kong’s transit systems with next-generation technology. Over the next few years, we’ll be laying down 300km of cables and enabling 5G connectivity across 24 stations and tunnels—and we need your help to make it happen.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our engineering team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct site installation, test & commissioning of Radio, Cellular and Networking equipment.

• Perform system troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and problem resolution.

• On Site Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and clients for project implementation and site activities.

• Assist in developing system design, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.

• Prepare project documentation, reports and system handover materials.

• Ensure all installation, testing and commissioning activates comply with company standards, project requirements and safety regulations.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to grow in the telecommunications industry. You might have:

• Holder of Diploma or Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Information Technology / Building Services engineering or a related discipline.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Relevant experience in installation, testing & commissioning of Telecommunication and Technology systems is preferred.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently on-site.

• 1 to 3 years or above in radio / mobile telecom engineering industry or building services installation

• Familiarity with 5G mobile, Wi-Fi, IoT or other modern communication technology is preferred.

• Proven Knowledge and experience in working in railway, transportation or large-scale infrastructure projects is prioritized.
