• Collect, organize, and maintain business data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data analysis and prepare reports, dashboards, and tracking sheets.
• Monitor operational data, identify issues, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Support data management and cross-functional data requirements.

• Experience in Data Analyst, Data Operations, Business Analyst, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Lookup functions, data cleaning, and reporting).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in Internet, FinTech, Web3, or Blockchain industries is an advantage.
