Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations matters, such as onboarding, performance-related discussions, and conflict resolution, while ensuring compliance with local employment regulations. The role also involves assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting workplace engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with management and team members to promote a fair, safe, and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee core HR functions and support organizational goals.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies to manage daily HR processes and ensure consistent application of company guidelines.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to address employee concerns, foster positive workplace relationships, and support engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, and experience with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management are beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools and HR systems; prior experience in a similar HR role is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
