We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist (Analytics) to join our dynamic Marketing and Growth team in Singapore. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving data-informed growth strategy and user engagement across our organization. You will partner closely with Marketing and Growth teams to define and implement regional strategies aimed at expanding our user base and enhancing user engagement. This position is based onsite in Singapore.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

You will Innovate: Propose innovative business ideas by diving deep into user behavior data, addressing the most pressing customer challenges and identifying untapped growth opportunities. Evaluate the feasibility of new marketing initiatives and product concepts through rigorous data analysis, providing strategic recommendations based on market trends and consumer insights.

You will Illuminate: Analyze and interpret user behavior to generate actionable insights that support the development of strategic growth initiatives. Use your mastery of data to provide data-driven recommendations that guide marketing strategy, product innovation, and business decision-making. Create impactful data visualizations and dashboards that communicate insights effectively and drive informed decision-making across the organization.

You will Influence: Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Business stakeholders to define key performance metrics, design experiments, and establish data requirements that shape the future of our marketing and growth strategy. Design and implement experimentation strategies, including A/B testing frameworks, to evaluate marketing hypotheses and growth initiatives with statistical rigor. Work closely with teams to ensure accurate data collection, governance, and scalable data infrastructure.

You will Drive Impact: Leverage advanced analytics and cutting-edge techniques to derive deep consumer insights that enhance user experience and contribute to our mission of excellence. Build and maintain scalable analytical frameworks and solutions to address recurring growth and marketing challenges efficiently and systematically.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify user behavior trends, anomalies, and root causes, translating findings into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Develop data specifications for new marketing initiatives and features, working closely with engineering teams to implement scalable data infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Establish and maintain best practices in data handling and analytical rigor within your work and across collaborative projects

**Required Skills & Experience:**

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data analytics, applied data science, or related quantitative fields
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data manipulation and analysis
• Proven ability to tackle complex business problems and translate requirements into analytical solutions
• Expertise with large, complex datasets and distributed computing environments
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Experience with data governance, cloud-based analytics platforms, and data visualization tools
• Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative approach

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Background in marketing analytics or business intelligence within technology-driven organizations
• Hands-on experience with advanced AI tools, LLMs, or agentic AI systems
