Role Description

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel records. The role will involve ensuring compliance with local employment regulations, providing guidance on HR matters, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

• Partner with management to execute HR strategies for talent needs, recruitment, retention, and succession planning
• Develop and implement HR policies across the organization
• Lead recruitment process including interviewing and hiring to match skills and competencies with openings
• Create and implement training and development plans
• Plan and coordinate performance reviews
• Analyze compensation and benefits trends; propose competitive pay programs
• Administer health, life insurance, and other employee benefit programs
• Oversee employee relations including disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Maintain accurate employee records, organizational charts, job descriptions, and compensation data
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, WSH guidelines, and HR best practices while staying updated on industry trends
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven HR work experience in the manufacturing sector
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
• Prior hands-on experience with HRMS systems an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
