The Role

Based in Penang, you will support major manufacturing plants by solving chemical process issues, recommending specialty material solutions, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local factory floors to troubleshoot chemical process and material application issues.
• Serve as the main technical contact for plant engineers and local distributors.
• Work with internal engineering teams to introduce upgraded chemical formulations.
• Protect key accounts, manage basic price negotiations, and track sales pipelines.
  
  

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or 1–3 years in process engineering, lab/testing, or technical support.
