Responsibilities

About the role:


The Treasury Analyst will play a key role in supporting the organization’s financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating smooth operational workflows. This role involves preparing account opening documentation, handling Know Your Customer (KYC) information, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to manage fund transfers and related activities.


Key Responsibilities:


Account Opening & KYC

  • Prepare and review account opening documentation for clients.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain KYC information in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure timely updates of client records and adherence to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.

Operational Support

  • Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Compliance, Legal) to facilitate fund transfers and settlements.
  • Prepare funding for group entities’ bank accounts.
  • Monitor transaction workflows to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to transfers and client instructions.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external reviews.
  • Ensure all processes align with company policies and industry regulations.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and efficiency measures.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor Degree in any disciplines;
  • 5-10 years of experience in treasury operations, treasury analysis, or a related role;
  • Familiar with establishing and liasing with banks;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to communicate and partner with internal / external parties;
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous, due to need to work closely with Mandarin as well as English speaking stakeholders.
