Responsibilities
Our client is one of the most-used app platforms in Singapore
Location: Punggol Digital District
Work timings: 9am to 5pm, 2-3 days a week
Responsibilities:
(1) Robot Operation & Safety
Follow and monitor robots on delivery routes, intervening when necessary to ensure public safety
Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and log maintenance issues.
Assist with troubleshooting and debugging any issues encountered during operations
Ensure the robot is safe during operations
Effective communication to the public when necessary to maintain safe operations
Follow emergency protocols for robot malfunctions or incidents
(2) Data Collection
Complete daily reports on robot delivery timings, performance and incidents
Perform "first-line" fixes, such as cleaning sensor lenses (LiDAR/Cameras) or checking tire pressure
Requirements:
Demonstrated technological proficiency: Comfortable with tablets, diagnostic tools, and fundamental software interfaces.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Good communication skills
