Crystal Crown Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Cook;

Job Summary

The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food according to the menu and ensuring quality, taste, and presentation standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items as instructed
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in food preparation and basic kitchen tasks
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor when supplies are low
• Store food properly and avoid wastage
• Support the kitchen team during busy hours

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of cooking experience (hotel or restaurant preferred)
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Culinary certificate is an added advantage
• Malaysian Citizens Only
