About the Role

Do you enjoy creating TikTok videos, following social media trends and turning ideas into engaging content?

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Content Creator to join our regional marketing team. You will create content for our Singapore and Malaysia audiences while gaining exposure to branding, e-commerce, paid advertising and live commerce.

You do not need many years of experience. We value creativity, responsibility, initiative and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Develop content ideas, hooks, scripts and simple storyboards.
• Film and edit product, educational, lifestyle and promotional videos.
• Follow relevant TikTok trends and adapt them for the brand.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager on campaigns and product launches.
• Create content to support TikTok Shop, Shopee and other e-commerce platforms.
• Assist with live-streaming preparation and promotional activities.
• Organise filming schedules, products and content materials.
• Review content performance and learn what makes viewers watch, click and purchase.
• Travel to Singapore occasionally for filming, campaigns or events.

RequirementsMust Have

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media or a related field.
• Passionate about TikTok, social media and short-form videos.
• Basic editing skills using CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of hooks, storytelling and engaging content formats.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Responsible and able to meet content deadlines.
• Able to work collaboratively with the marketing team.
• Willing to travel to Singapore when required.

Added Advantages

• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
• Has created content for a personal or business TikTok account.
• Experience producing product demonstrations, reviews or lifestyle videos.
• Basic understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee or live commerce.
• Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or other advanced editing tools.
