Zahra Adventure Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Umrah Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of our Umrah department. This role is essential in ensuring every pilgrimage is managed efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the overall execution of Umrah operations.
• Ensure all travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries are well coordinated.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of operational staff and mutawwif to maintain service excellence.
• Verify travel documents, visa requirements, and all related operational documentation.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues while coordinating with relevant departments and external partners.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management for continuous service improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Umrah operations, tourism, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
