Job Title: Assistant Manager

Location: CDB Singapore

Working Hours: 5 days a week, evening shift

Transportation: After-hours transportation provided

Salary: Starting from $4,500, open to discussion for exceptional candidates

Responsibilities:

• Operations Manager – Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency, profitability and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, manage and develop both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent execution of the company's operational standards, service procedures and brand values across all departments.
• Drive operational planning, workforce scheduling and resource allocation to optimise productivity and service quality.
• Monitor costs, inventory, purchasing and operating expenses, implementing measures to improve profitability.
• Work closely with the culinary, beverage and management teams to coordinate daily operations, events, promotions and new initiatives.
• Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate team members, supporting their professional development and performance.
• Handle escalated guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all Singapore regulations relating to food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and employment practices.
• Analyse operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service standards, team performance and the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a high-end restaurant or luxury dining establishment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic demands of the industry.
