In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end container cluster build process, including the creation of new clusters, live verification, comprehensive documentation of configurations and procedures, and diligent tracking of status and progress.
• Perform installation, upgrades, and patching of SMS gateway system.
• Integrate the platform with CI/CD tools to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to maintain platform stability while ensuring minimal downtime, zero incident and compliance with security standards.
• Support SMS gateway system in a 24/7 operations environment.
• Manage and facilitate both internal and external communications and escalations concerning critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and transparent updates to all relevant parties.
• Collaborate effectively with internal technology teams to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and drive technical initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience in Linux/Unix operating systems and open-source software such as application load balancer, web server and messaging queue software.
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, including basic scripting and automating build, test, and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of security principles to ensure secure access and protection of applications.
• A proactive and analytical approach to issue resolution, coupled with meticulous attention to detail for documentation and tracking.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, strong organizational skills for task management, and effective time management to prioritize and meet deliverables.
