Position Summary

This internship role will support the Human Resources Talent Acquisition team, with a main focus on Store Operations (SO) hiring. The intern will assist with recruitment coordination, candidate communication, interview arrangements, hiring administration, and recruitment-related activities to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process for store positions.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment coordination for Store Operations (SO) hiring, including job posting, candidate screening and interview arrangement.
• Assist in reviewing resumes and applications, shortlisting suitable candidates and maintaining candidate records accurately.
• Coordinate communication with candidates, store teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruitment activities and hiring events, including preparation of materials, attendance tracking, logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Assist with recruitment administration, including updating hiring trackers, preparing interview schedules, compiling candidate information and filing relevant documents.
• Support onboarding-related coordination for newly hired store employees where required, including pre-employment follow-up and document collection.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and assist with ad hoc HR projects when needed.

Internship Period: September 2026 to February 2027

Requirements

• Keen interest in recruitment, HR operations and retail business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to follow up on multiple recruitment activities at the same time.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and high sense of responsibility.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and support urgent hiring needs when required.
• Prior internship or part-time experience in HR, recruitment, retail or customer service will be an advantage.
