Purchaser

• Transport provided at MRT (Office in Pioneer)

Key responsibilities include sourcing materials, negotiating supplier contracts, tracking market trends, and driving cost savings. The Purchaser oversees end-to-end procurement.

The standard work week is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM

Key Job Responsibilities

• Procurement Execution: Manage sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of materials and services.
• Supplier Management: Build relationships with suppliers, ensure on-time delivery, and evaluate vendor performance for continuous cost savings.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal departments to align procurement strategies and meet production needs.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate purchasing records, price lists, and compliance reports.

Qualifications & Requirement:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of track record in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing (preferably in a senior role).
• Education: Diploma or advanced courses in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and communication abilities, analytical capability, and proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office
