Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Pest Control & Cleaning Services
• Position Title: Operations & Admin Executive
• Working Location: Gambas Cres
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,800 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for pest control and cleaning operations.
• Liaise with customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle service bookings, enquiries, quotations, invoices, and administrative documentation.
• Monitor technicians' attendance, job completion, and inventory levels.
• Maintain customer records and operational reports.
• Support procurement, licensing, and general administrative duties.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of operations or administrative experience.
• Experience in the pest control, cleaning, or facilities management industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
