Responsibilities

• Possess hands-on experience in network infrastructure and cybersecurity operations.

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud network environments.

• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

• Monitor network performance and ensure stable and smooth operations across project sites.

• Plan and support the commissioning, decommissioning, migration, and technology refresh of network devices.

• Perform preventive maintenance, security patching, firmware upgrades, and system health checks.

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats, alerts, vulnerabilities, and incidents.

• Manage and support security solutions, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR, and XDR platforms.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, performance, and security-related issues.

• Maintain accurate technical documentation, network diagrams, configuration records, and incident reports.

• Support the implementation of cybersecurity controls across cloud and on-premises environments.

• Assist in the deployment of new security solutions and network infrastructure enhancements.

• Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, government agencies, contractors, and project stakeholders.

• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for network infrastructure and end users.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or related field

• Experiences in network and cyber security operations

• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies

• Familiarity with security tools such as Firewall, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR, and XDR is an advantage

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
