HR Assistant cum Admin (Junior)

Salary: $ 2500 - $ 3000
Address: Tiong Bahru
Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.45am to 6pm
                                  Alternate Saturday / 8.45am to 1.15pm

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, visitors, courier services, mails processing, distribution of mails and activities logs and records
• Worker Pass application, renewal and cancellation
• MOM matters and survey
• To maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees’ records
• Other general HR duties
• Other administrative & front desk duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned
   

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources
• Training Provided
