Delivery Operations Administrator

Salary: $3,500 - $4,000/month
Location: Kallang Aperia
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Employment Type: 6 - 9 Months Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end service contract administration and booking process.

• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure service contract details are accurately captured in the system.

• Work closely with Billing teams to ensure accurate data for invoice processing.

• Manage repair order administration and ensure timely completion.

• Investigate and resolve contract booking discrepancies by liaising with internal stakeholders and customers.

• Generate and analyse reports on contract bookings to support business decisions and performance tracking.

• Support internal and external audit requirements when required.

• Participate in system enhancement and process improvement initiatives to improve workflow efficiency.

• Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline.

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).

• Knowledge of Power Automate or automation tools will be an advantage.

• Meticulous, organised, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to start work on short notice.
