岗位职责

  • Need to know how to do CNC Milling program - for machine Hwacheon/MAZAK/Faunc
  • Need to operate, set up parts and producing parts as per drawing specification.
  • Need to know how to use Master Cam/NX/AutoCad for programming
  • Knowledge in machine tools, speed, feeds & insert technology.
  • Must have good knowledge on CNC manufacturing process, setting/programming/operating.
  • Perform 3D/CNC programming & setting of turn-mill machine.
  • Technical support on production issue including Design jigs & fixture for machining purpose with good knowledge in understand of manufacturing include re-design.
  • Plan & improve the machinning process to shorten cycle time & increase productivity and to improve quality, process waste, efficiency cost.
  • Verifying conformance of finished parts to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools.
  • Planning and scheduling work deployment daily.
  • Need to be able to work independently without supervision
  • Need to be able to communicate with others to decide on process procedure
  • Able to help train colleague whenever required
  • Need to be diligent and sincere on his duties and responsibilities
  • Others ad-hoc duties assigned.
