Our client is seeking a meticulous and motivated ADMIN & LOGISTICS to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in providing administrative and logistics support by managing documentation, processing orders and invoices, coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments and inventory, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle general administrative duties including documentation, data entry, and filing
• Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics arrangements with suppliers and customers
• Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Support office operations and ensure smooth workflow

Job Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Prior experience in admin or logistics is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask and work independently
