Our member company is seeking a meticulous and motivated Logistics Assistant to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in conducting inventory management and replenishment activities in healthcare settings by ensuring stock accuracy, coordinating logistics and stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and resolving inventory discrepancies to support operational efficiency and product availability.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily on-site stock checks in healthcare settings to ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage, and timely replenishment.
• Manage receiving, inventory tracking, documentation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate with warehouse, customers, transport providers, and end users to maintain stock availability, delivery efficiency, and data integrity while handling damaged, expired, or non-conforming items appropriately.

Job Requirements

• Secondary Education, ‘O’ and ‘N’ Level or equivalent
• Experience/ knowledge in Warehousing/ Supply Chain will be advantageous
• Able to communicate effectively with team member
• Physically fit with High responsibility and conscientious
• High integrity and ethical standards
