We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support business decision-making by transforming data, business requirements, and operational information into actionable insights. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, analyze data, and develop practical solutions that support organizational objectives. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing datasets, identifying trends and performance gaps, preparing reports and dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and presenting data-driven recommendations. You will collaborate with teams across Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology to evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that enhance productivity and operational performance. The role also involves conducting data validation, performing ad-hoc analysis, supporting process mapping, developing business reports, and assisting with the implementation of new systems, tools, and process improvements. You will utilize spreadsheets, SQL, databases, business intelligence platforms, and analytical tools to organize and interpret information effectively. Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, business awareness, and excellent communication skills, along with the ability to translate complex data and business requirements into clear insights and practical recommendations while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business analysis, data analysis, process improvement, reporting, and business intelligence principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, charts, Power Query, and data analysis functions.
• Familiarity with SQL for querying, extracting, joining, transforming, and analyzing data from relational databases.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other business intelligence and data visualization platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to gather, document, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable solutions.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, business risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs), business metrics, data validation, data quality, and performance reporting.
• Ability to create dashboards, reports, presentations, process documentation, and analytical summaries for stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical data-driven solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex business and analytical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
• Familiarity with business process mapping, workflow analysis, Agile methodologies, Scrum, or project management practices is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of Python, R, DAX, Power Query, or other programming and analytical tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
