Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development activities for new and existing products.
• Prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents for laboratory analysis, and perform testing when required
• Analyze finished products to determine chemical and physical properties, composition, structure, and reactions using available techniques and equipment, or recommend outsourcing when necessary
• Develop, improve, and customize emulsion properties and polymerization method
• Write technical papers and reports; or doing discussion alternative week
• Collect journal in emulsion polymerization and coating, then in charge to file in a proper order, easy to be referred and read by other person
