Job Scope:
· Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on company equipment
· Conduct on-site inspections to ensure safety and compliance
· Diagnose and resolve technical faults to minimise downtime
· Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory records
· Coordinate with the operations team to schedule site visits and prioritise urgent repairs
· Ensure all work complies with company policies and regulatory standards
· Provide technical support to on-site staff or clients as needed
· Respond to emergency call-outs and handle ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

· Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a technician (e.g., facilities management, electrical/mechanical, IT infrastructure, or related fields)
· NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related discipline
· Willing and able to travel daily to various sites across Singapore
· Valid Class 3 driving licence (optional but good to have)
· Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time-management skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Training will be provided.
