Community Engagement & Programme Executive x1

Salary: $3,500 – $5,000/month
Contract: 1-year (Immediate start)
Working Hours: Mon–Thurs 8.5 hrs | Fri 8 hrs

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
• Able to work independently & manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience in community engagement / events / programme coordination is a plus

Key Responsibilities
• Engage community partners, schools & agencies to grow programmes
• Coordinate operations: venue sourcing, logistics, scheduling & event execution
• Support publicity & digital communications to promote programmes
• Assist in community arts & engagement initiatives
• Track programme data, feedback & KPIs for reporting
• Gather human-interest stories to showcase impact ️
• Build & maintain stakeholder relationships
• Handle procurement, documentation & reimbursements ️
• Monitor outcomes & suggest improvements
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
