Job Summary

Manage full set of accounts for a trading firm, including payroll, monthly reporting, month-end closing, CPF contributions, and GST submissions. Coordinate with banks and external tax and audit parties to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full set of accounts for the trading firm to ensure accurate financial records
• Process payroll accurately and timely to meet company and regulatory requirements
• Generate monthly financial reports to support management decision-making
• Perform month-end closing activities to finalize accounts and ensure completeness
• Calculate and submit monthly CPF contributions in compliance with statutory regulations
• Prepare and file quarterly GST submissions to meet tax authority deadlines
• Liaise with banks to manage financial transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors to facilitate audits and tax matters
• Execute other ad-hoc accounting and finance duties as assigned to support business operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in audit processes and procedures to enhance financial compliance and reporting accuracy
