Contract Executive (Quality Assurance & Academic Support) – 6 Months
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract til 28 Dec 2026
Working Hours
Mon to Thur – 830am to 6pm
Fri – 830am to 530pm
We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive to provide administrative and secretariat support for Quality Assurance and Accreditation activities, while assisting with data preparation for the end-of-academic-year closure and new academic year.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and secretariat support for Quality Assurance and Accreditation activities.
Perform data cleaning, validation and preparation for academic operations.
Maintain accurate documents and ensure proper version control.
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas and take meeting minutes.
Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Support ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, data processing or data analysis.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work independently.
Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams/Zoom.
Good document management and version control skills.
Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Knowledge of Pivot Tables, lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and Power Query will be an advantage.
