Laboratory Sample Coordinator #HMS
Tansport: West Company pick-up available from Jurong East & Clementi MRT
Duration: 6-month contract (Under Recruit Express, extendable)
Benefits: Lunch bento provided for contract staff
Salary up to 2.4k
Office hour monday to friday

Job Responsibilities

The Sample Coordinator will support the daily operations of the Sample Order Management (SOM) team, covering both production and administrative functions.

Production Operations

• Compound, prepare, sample, and pack fragrance oils.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and good housekeeping.
• Ensure smooth production operations and accurate SAP transactions.
• Manage physical oil inventory and monitor expired stocks.
• Coordinate the movement of oil samples in and out of the sample compactor.
• Achieve daily production target of approximately 40 oil samples and complete production orders within a 3-day turnaround.

Administrative Duties

• Receive and process sample requests.
• Create production orders in SAP.
• Liaise with Customer Service, Sales, and Fragrance Development teams on production requirements.
• Check stock availability and prepare samples for shipment.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports.

Team Support

• Assist the SOM Executive in managing daily operations.
• Guide and coach production technicians, contract staff, and interns.
• Train new team members on production processes and best practices.
• Support SAP, production planning, and inventory management systems.
