We're looking for a proactive, organised, and creative individual to support our growing financial advisory practice. If you enjoy bringing ideas to life, creating beautiful designs, and improving client experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Creative & Client Experience

• Brainstorm thoughtful gifting ideas for clients and special occasions.
• Design personalised gifts, appreciation packages, and client experience materials.
• Generate creative ideas to enhance the overall client journey.

Design & Presentations

• Design professional PowerPoint slides and client presentations.
• Create visually appealing marketing materials and educational resources.
• Ensure all materials are aligned with our brand identity.

Marketing & Social Media

• Generate Instagram content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and reels.
• Curate and improve the overall Instagram profile aesthetic and branding.
• Assist with content planning and scheduling.

Business Support

• Manage calendars, organise documents, and maintain business trackers.
• Research new tools, trends, and ideas to improve business operations.
• Support ad hoc projects and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Creative with a good eye for design and branding.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable using Canva, PowerPoint, and social media platforms.
• Basic video editing skills are a bonus.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Passionate about creating meaningful client experiences.

Bonus

• Experience in financial advisory, insurance, marketing, branding, or content creation is a plus, but attitude, creativity, and a willingness to learn matter most.

Employment Details

• Pay: S$20/hour
• Commitment: 2–3 hours per week (flexible schedule)
• Location: Hybrid / Remote, with occasional in-person meetings if required
