Job Description

Responsibilities

Millennium seeks to pursue a diverse range of investment strategies across industry sectors, asset classes and geographies. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Equity Analyst to join our team. This position will form an integral part of adynamic global investment team, working closely with colleagues across multiple locations to support investment strategy development and the delivery of strong performance outcomes. The successful candidate will benefit from direct training and mentorship from experienced Portfolio Managers and opportunities for long-term career progression within the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Portfolio Managers to conduct in-depth research, with an initial focus on equities and expansion into other regional markets.
  • Develop a strong understanding of analysis and public markets investing, conducting detailed financial analysis to assess investment opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance financial models, valuation frameworks, and related analytical tools to support the investment decision-making process.
  • Monitor and analyze macroeconomic trends, market developments, industry dynamics, and regulatory changes to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance financial models and perform detailed valuation analysis on listed companies.
  • Attend company meetings, conduct channel checks, and participate in relevant industry and investor events.
  • Contribute to the investment process through well-structured written research reports and clear verbal presentation of ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with team members on both regular and ad hoc research projects to support broader portfolio objectives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sell-side or buy-side equity research, investment banking, or other related financial roles.
  • Strong analytical capability with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and valuation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
