About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Telair International Services Pte Ltd in the Seletar North-East Region.

What you'll be doing

• Ensuring correct documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Carrying out incoming inspection
• Packing outgoing components and parts
• Issuing correct spares and quantity to the workshop
• Ensuring cleanliness of the warehousing area
• Performing periodical stock-stake and checks
• Provide administrative support, such as data entry, report generation, and filing
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies
• Other ad-hoc store duties as assigned

What we are looking for

• Minimal education level: Secondary Education
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Computer Literate (SAP, MS Excel)
• Able to understand and apply guidelines from manuals
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
