Co Lead/ Lead, Education Programmes

We are looking for a Co Lead/ Lead, Education Programmes who can effectively address the needs of preschool children/ student learners. The Lead, Preschool & Education Programmes is responsible for providing developmentally appropriate programs that are aligned with learning objectives.

To be a successful Co Lead/ Lead, Education Programmes, you should be able to display strong communication skills and a kind and gentle demeanour when interacting with children/ student learners. Ultimately, an outstanding Co Lead/ Lead, Education Programmes should display patience and use creative ways to interact and engage with children.

Co Lead/ Lead, Education Programmes Responsibilities:

• Design & Deliver education programmes to children & student learners
• Adapting the program to suit the needs of participants
• Consistently planning innovative ways of keeping children actively engaged.
• Imparting knowledge to children through fun and play
• Composing detailed reports for the programme
• Ensure overall safety and wellbeing of the children
• Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out smoothly
• Plan for manpower and logistics

Co Lead/ Lead, Education Programmes Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the field.
• Ability to exercise patience when interacting with children.
• A caring and approachable nature.
