Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of warehouse and logistics members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Identify individual strengths and development areas, and provide coaching and mentoring to support team performance and growth.
• Ensure the team achieves measurable goals, objectives, and operational targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal customers on warehouse and logistics-related matters, including issue resolution and escalations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and support project management activities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain inventory and location accuracy through effective monitoring, follow-up, and control measures.
• Investigate the root causes of operational incidents and service failures, and recommend corrective actions to management.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with peers, internal stakeholders, and management.
• Hands-on and committed individual with a strong sense of ownership in completing assigned tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and support overtime when required.
• Willing to learn, grow, and develop with a fast-growing organisation
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support.
• Knowledge of WMS and SAP will be an added advantage.
