· Coordinate instructions & monitor with sales team, production, and Clients for

job order & design specification, acceptance of work, progress of work,

problem solving, handover completed project with project documents, etc…

· Prepare bill of quantity for job order in a cost-effective manner.

· Responsible in the overall quantity take off resources.

Execute technical reviews of supplier/contractor and prepare estimates

Resolve technical problems and actively liaise with suppliers and cross-functional departments on various documents and issues.

Track supplier/contractor bills and quantities and hand over all finalized tender documents and costing data
